Replacement Windows and Doors
You want to be sure your new home improvement complies with Building Regulations
and so does the Government.
That’s why every window and door installation or replacement in England and Wales
must now be registered as reaching the
standards set by the Government’s Building Regulations.
If you were to have work carried out that did not comply with Building
Regulations, the
installation would not be legal and could cause significant problems when you come to sell
your home.
Don’t worry – you don’t have to do anything. We do it all for you through our
authorised
self-certification body, Assure.
How does Assure benefit you?
As we are an Assure-certified installer, you can rest assured that the installation complies with Building Regulations and is
therefore legal and correct. You will even be sent a certificate
to prove it. This should arrive within 5 working days of Assure
being notified your contract is completed.

Selling your property
If at anytime you decide to sell your property, you will only need to supply your solicitor/legal
advisor with the Assure Building
Control Compliance Certificate. This will demonstrate your new windows and doors comply with Building regulations in
