We joined with the DGCOS because we were disappointed with the terms of other back-up insurance schemes. They had conditions stating that ‘manufacturing and inherent defects were not covered by the policy’. The DGCOS scheme does not allow unfair terms such as this.
Unlike many others installers we also guarantee our workmanship for 10 years.
